357. Put Mentos in diet coke

Believe it or not, but I completed this challenge in my chemistry class in school. Now should 11th graders really be going a lab like this? Uh I'm okay with it, just seemed really simple and easy. But as one of my classmates pointed out, that our teacher had used Rootbeer and coke, and she was curious if that had an effect on how high the soda would go up into the air, but that's besides the point.
